Interactive (picture-in-picture) video depositions

Wilcox & Fetzer is now providing interactive (picture-in-picture) video technology to our clients. Interactive depositions can make an impact on juries by using picture-in-picture formatting to display video and exhibits simultaneously. Witnesses are able to “draw” or annotate on medical films and demonstrative exhibits using a touch-sensitive telestrator while the exhibits and video are mixed together with picture-in-picture formatting. These markups/exhibits are then preserved on the video record. Please click on the video below to see how this technology turns an ordinary video deposition into a much more effective and useful tool in front of a jury.
