Wilcox & Fetzer is owned, operated and staffed by working certified court reporters who take great pride in providing quality court reporting services to both local Delaware Bar members and others throughout the United States. As Delaware’s largest court reporting firm, our nationally certified staff of Delaware court reporters have been providing accurate and timely transcripts to our clients for over three decades. Consistently providing personalized customer service that exceeds our clients’ expectations is the hallmark of our firm’s reputation.
Wilcox & Fetzer’s founder, Kurt Fetzer, RDR, CRR, CLR, started reporting in Delaware in 1979 and is past president of the Delaware Court Reporters Association, has previously been appointed by the Delaware Supreme Court to serve two terms on the Board of Certified Court Reporters and has chaired numerous reporter task forces in Delaware to protect and uphold the reporting profession. Kurt currently serves on Orleans Technical Institute’s Court Reporting Advisory Council. Both Kurt and other members of Wilcox & Fetzer routinely provide pro bono services to the Delaware legal community and our firm is the proud recipient of the Pro Bono Publico Award for our support of legal services to the indigent citizens of Delaware.
We are a full-service court reporting firm using the latest technology in court reporting, litigation support services, video conferencing, videotape depositions and transcription services.
All of our reporters have been recognized by the National Court Reporters Association as either Registered Professional Reporters, Registered Merit Reporters, Registered Diplomate Reporters or Certified Realtime Reporters, averaging over 25 years of experience, which provides you with the best court reporting resource in the State of Delaware and throughout the nation.
At Wilcox & Fetzer we recognize the fact that regardless of the technological advances taking place in the court reporting industry, it is still the reporter who makes the record. All the litigation support technology at your disposal will be meaningless if the transcript is not accurate. That is why since our firm’s inception Wilcox & Fetzer has insisted that its court reporters pass the Registered Professional Reporter certification granted by the National Court Reporters Association and to continue to pursue additional professional certifications.
Wilcox & Fetzer is proud to say that its reporters are all trained professionals with a strong commitment to the legal community and bring to every proceeding the highest standards of competency, reliability and ethical behavior. When you are looking to hire a Delaware court reporting firm to cover a deposition in Wilmington, Newark, Dover, Georgetown or any other location in Delaware or throughout the nation, let us put our expertise and experience to work for you.
