As a member of Delaware’s business/legal community, Wilcox & Fetzer understands that our business practices can have a direct impact on both our local and worldwide environment. Therefore, Wilcox & Fetzer has instituted various eco-friendly business practices to help reduce our carbon footprint, including:
- While Wilcox & Fetzer will provide our transcripts and exhibits in any form our clients prefer (hard copy/electronic), we encourage them to receive their transcripts and exhibits electronically, thus helping the environment and saving money for their clients at the same time
- Our online repository allows clients to retrieve their transcripts and exhibits electronically
- We recycle all printer cartridges
- We save and reuse boxes and packing material from deliveries
- Recycling bins are throughout the office for use by all employees
- When full-size or condensed transcripts are printed, they are printed double-sided (reducing paper consumption by 50 percent)
- We have reduced both interoffice and external paper usage through use of electronic forms
- We use programmable thermostats, motion-sensor-activated appliances and Energystar-certified equipment, thereby reducing our energy consumption
- Proudly, for the last two decades, Wilcox & Fetzer and its employees have participated in Delaware’s Adopt-A-Highway program, doing our part in helping to keep our local roadways clean
These are but a few of the sustainable “green” practices Wilcox & Fetzer has adopted to do our part to help our planet.
